All GREENTEC Line products, as a minimum, fulfil the strictest VOC threshold values specified by the European Union and recommended by the European Paint Association, CEPE. They include waterborne Permahyd Base Coast Series 280/285, high-solids content Permasolid HS Automotive Top Coat Series 270, Permasolid HS Clear Coat 8030 and complementary putties and surfacers. This means that the system principle, traditionally applied to the development of all Spies Hecker product ranges, is now available in the GREENTEC Line, providing an integrated, balanced, high quality, environmentally sound paint solution.

To ensure that in future every refinisher can easily spot all eco-friendly products from Spies Hecker, the GREENTEC Line logo will now gradually be added to the corresponding tins.

This step is the company’s reaction to the market’s uncertainty about product selection in compliance with VOC legislation. Users can now see immediately which products will ensure that they work safely today and in line with the law in future.

However, their environmental properties are not the only advantage of GREENTEC Line products – they are also outstanding where problem-free application, high cost-effectiveness and first class results are demanded.
